Welcome to Curriculum and Instruction!

  • In Fraser Public Schools, we are committed to preparing our students for continued success after high school. We offer a high quality and comprehensive curriculum. It is our mission to Innovate. Learn. Lead. 

    Fraser Public Schools is changing the traditional view of school to a new personalized, engaging, and customized learning environment for each student. Our transition to a personalized learning environment began many years ago through a combined effort of staff, parents and our Board of Education. Students are given both voice and choice in their learning.

    In order to uniformly implement personalized and comptency-based learning throughout our district, we started at the very core of our instructional practices.

    Teachers and district staff created three-dimensional learning for students by combining content, skill, and conceptual competencies. Competencies include explicit, measurable, and transferable learning objectives that empower students.

    Our learning management systems allow students to access their learning at any time and in any place. This access provides transparent understanding to both students and parents of the learning that is and will be happening.

    All elementary students (including Young Fives) have access to specials. These Classes are 40 minutes/day.

    As a parent, you are welcome to review curriculum resources with your building administrator.  Please make an appointment, and we can accommodate your request.
